Hi, have RS2005 running fine.  Have a report with a drop down to select each months data, Jan 09, Feb 09, Mar 09 etc.

On our internal test systems with IE6, IE7 and FF3 it works as expected, select a new value from the drop down, click on View Report and report updates.

However, we now have at least 3 systems (in different companies) using IE6 that have to IE page refresh to get the selected report to show.

We think it may be an IE 6 security update which has not changed the version in IE 6 'About' box, so their IE6 builds look the same as our test rigs.

Any ideas ?  We are on RS2005_030000.

This is a strange one we have not heard of before. If you are in theory testing the same IE version that they are observing this in, there has to be some other variable. We have seen some cases where there was a particular KB installed on one machine but not on another and the report viewer control behaved differently. This particular case I am thinking of was regarding the printing functionality provided in the control that loads a particular class that broke on different clients when a couple particular MS updated were applied to those client machines.

I would suggest a couple things: 1) try googling to see if others have this issue with reporting services 2005 + IE6. 2) download our demo module which is currently at version 4.1, it uses an updated control that may elleviate this issue. Install this demo in a test environment and have your users see what happens there.
